Mangesh Real Estate

Mangesh Real Estate is located at E 11/4 on the Mahim Sion Trombay Road. We are quite close to the railway station, which is very helpful for anyone trying to find us. The road outside is always packed with cars and buses, so there is a constant hum of engines and horns. Our office is a small room where we keep all our listings and maps of the local area. It is a simple setup with a few chairs and a table that has seen a lot of use over the years. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who are moving into the area or looking for a new shop. Being near the station means we get a lot of people just dropping in to ask about prices. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just know the Mahim and Sion neighborhoods really well because we have been here so long. Some days are just spent waiting for the phone to ring, and other days we are out on the streets all afternoon. The weather can make the office a bit sticky in the monsoon, but we have a good fan. It is a humble place, and we like it that way. We just try to help folks find a place to stay without making a big production out of it. It is hard work sometimes, but we enjoy the local atmosphere.
