Mangal Bhavan Estate Agency has been around for some time now at 221 A in Kandivali West. We are right by the IC Gandhi School and near the Sumel Dairy Road. The office is in the Prakash Building. It's a pretty easy landmark for anyone living nearby. Every morning we open the doors and start the day checking what's available in the neighborhood. Kandivali West is a crowded place and there is always something going on with the buildings around here. We get a lot of parents dropping kids off at the school who stop by to ask about flat prices or shop rentals. It’s a lot of manual work, writing things down and making calls to landlords. We don’t use any of those high-tech systems, just our notebooks and what we know about the local area. The Prakash Building is an old friend to us now. The traffic on Sumel Dairy Road can get a bit loud during the afternoons, but you get used to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Mumbai, just a reliable place for people in this specific corner of Kandivali. If you walk past the school and see our sign, that’s us.
