Mandviwala Qutub & Associates

Our office is over in Mahalaxmi, right on 10th Main Road in the 4th Block. It can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking for offices 9 and 10 specifically. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time. The street outside Mandviwala Qutub & Associates gets pretty crowded in the afternoons. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting around our computers and talking through whatever projects are on the table. We don't have those fancy glass walls or a coffee machine that does everything. Usually, it's just a kettle in the corner. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. The neighborhood has a lot of history, and we kind of fit into the rhythm of the place. Some of us have been here since the start, while others are newer faces. We don't really bother with big meetings; we just talk over the desks when something needs fixing. Sometimes we walk down the block to get some fresh air when the office feels too small. The windows don't let in much light, so it’s always a bit dim, but we’re used to it. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks that come in. It’s a steady kind of life. No one is wearing a suit unless they absolutely have to for a meeting elsewhere. It's just a regular workplace doing regular things every day. We keep some spare chairs in the back for when visitors drop by unexpectedly. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains hard.
