Malini Kiran Pandya

It is just us here at the ground floor of the Ajanta Building. Most people know the spot because it is right near Eksar Talava in Borivali West. Being on the ground floor means we see everyone walking past throughout the day. The building itself has been around for a while and you can tell by the way the walls look. We don’t have much in the way of fancy decorations. There is just the basic stuff we need to get through the day. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the traffic picks up outside, but usually, it is just the normal sounds of the neighborhood. The lake is close enough that you can feel a bit of a breeze if the window is open at the right time. We spend most of our time just handling whatever comes through the door. It isn't a very large space but it works for what we do. Malini Kiran Pandya is the name on the papers and that is who is usually around. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just find us because they live nearby or they were heading towards the water. It is a simple setup with a desk and some chairs and not much else. We have been in this part of Borivali for a bit now and it feels like home. The morning sun hits the front of the shop first thing.
