You can find us at 210 Malad, right on the Tulsi Pipe Road and Link Road intersection. It’s a busy part of town, always lots of cars and people moving about. Real Space Realty has been operating from this location for quite a while now. We’re in a spot that’s easy to get to, which is good because Malad can be a bit of a maze sometimes. Our office is pretty basic. We’ve got a few desks and some chairs for when people come to visit. We spend most of our time dealing with the apartments and commercial spaces around the Link Road area. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep things grounded. We aren't into the whole "luxury" or "premier" branding that you see everywhere else. We’re just regular people working in real estate. Most of the people we help are just trying to find a decent place to live or work without too much trouble. We know the buildings on Tulsi Pipe Road very well because we walk them every week. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. If you’re driving down Link Road and need to discuss a property, you can stop by 210. We’re usually there, probably with a cup of tea, ready to look through the latest listings.
