I’ve been sitting in Shop 4 at the Nestle Apartment for quite a while now. Malad West has changed a lot since we first opened up across from the Toyota showroom. People come in looking for a place to stay or wanting to sell their flat, and we just talk through what’s available on the 10th Main Road and the blocks around here. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others handling the paperwork and showing people around. We spend most of our mornings checking the listings and answering the phone. Sometimes it gets busy, other times it’s quiet enough to actually drink a cup of tea without it getting cold. We know the 3rd Block pretty well. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical spot where we keep our files and meet neighbors. Most people find us because they’re walking by the showroom or live in the nearby buildings. We don't do much fancy advertising, just mostly word of mouth and keeping track of who is moving where. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between the apartments in this area. We handle the local rental agreements and help out when someone is confused about the local rules. It’s decent work and keeps us connected to what’s happening in this part of Malad. If you’re near the Nestle building, you’ve probably seen our sign. We're just here doing the daily grind of property work without making it too complicated.
