You can find us at Shop No 5 in the Srinidha Apartments. We’re located in Malad West, right on the AEC Cross Road. The 132 Feet Ring Road is the main way people get here, and we’re very close to the Ganesh Temple. You can usually hear the bells or see the crowds there on special days. Our shop is just a small place on the ground floor. It makes it easy for people to just walk in off the street when they’re passing by. We’ve been in Malad for a long time and have seen the buildings go up one by one. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a table where we go over contracts and property details. We spend a lot of our time walking to different buildings in the neighborhood to check on things. Malad West is a big area, but we mostly stick to the parts we know best around the Ring Road. It’s a lot of manual work, keeping the records updated and making sure we know which flats are empty. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of notebooks and a decent memory for who owns what. It’s a busy life, but we like the pace of it. If you’re coming from the temple, we’re just a short walk away. We usually keep the door open to catch the breeze, even if the road noise from the Ring Road is a bit much.
