Vardhman Estate Agency

Vardhman Estate Agency is located in unit 201 of Deepa Apartment, which is over in the Liberty Garden area of Malad West. We are situated quite close to the Bank of Maharashtra, so it is a convenient spot for people to visit. Our office is on the second floor, which gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street level. It is a simple, functional office where we keep all our property listings and documents. We have been working in Malad West for a long time and we know the local market pretty well. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. When you come in, you usually just pull up a chair at one of our desks. We spend a lot of our time going through paperwork and talking to landlords and buyers. It is not always the most exciting work, but we take it seriously. We try to be as helpful as we can without using any of that polished corporate language you hear elsewhere. If we don't know the answer to a question, we tell you, and then we try to find it out. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty and the files pile up, but we manage to stay on top of things. Most of our business comes from word of mouth, which we prefer. It feels more honest that way. We are just local people helping other local people find a place to live or work. It keeps us quite busy most days.
