Tejas Estate Consultant is located at Shop No 2 in the Kaveri Building. We are situated in Malad West, right near the Link Road, which is always humming with traffic and people going about their business. Working in a small shop like this means you get to know everyone on the block. We aren't a corporate giant; it is just a simple place where we sit down and look at property listings all day. Most of our time is spent on the phone or meeting folks who are looking for a new place to live or a small office to rent. Malad has changed so much since we started, with new glass buildings going up everywhere. We try to keep track of the prices, which seem to go up every few months. It is hard for regular people to keep up. We don't use any fancy sales talk here. We just show you what is available in the Kaveri Building or other spots nearby and tell you the truth about the paperwork. The Link Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so most of our clients come in during the late morning. We have a few old plastic chairs for visitors and a desk that has seen better days. It is a quiet enough spot once you step inside from the street noise. We just take things one day at a time here.
