You’ll find Surabhi Estate Agency at number 7 in the Sun Beam Building. We are located in Malad West, just off the Link Road. It’s a very busy spot because of all the traffic coming off the main road. We are right opposite the Greens Hotel, which is a good landmark for people who haven't been here before. The building is a typical Malad structure, nothing too modern. Our office is on the smaller side. It gets a bit dusty because of the road construction that always seems to be happening nearby. We have some plastic chairs for people to sit on and a desk that’s seen better days. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two people visit at once. Link Road is always moving, so there’s a constant hum of cars and rickshaws outside. We don't do much in the way of fancy stuff. It’s just us, some phones, and a lot of local knowledge about Malad. We’ve seen the area change so much over the years, with new malls and buildings popping up everywhere. We just stay in our little corner and keep at it. Sometimes we close early if there’s a local festival or if the rains get too bad. It’s just a normal, local business. No big corporate rules here, just a simple way of doing things in a very loud part of town.
