We are located at 10 Malad West, specifically in the Kaparia Building on Nand Ashish Road. It’s a pretty easy spot to get to if you know the Malad area. The building is one of those solid, older structures that has seen a lot of things change on the street outside. Our office is a bit small, just a couple of rooms where we keep our records and meet with people. It’s not fancy at all. We have some wooden desks and some chairs that have been around for years. Mostly, we just sit and talk about the local property market. There’s always a stack of newspapers on the corner table. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello or ask about a specific building nearby. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people hear about us from someone else. It feels more like a local hangout than a corporate office sometimes. We handle the usual stuff like rentals and sales, but without any of the big-city pressure. The street outside can get quite crowded with cars and rickshaws, especially in the afternoon. Inside, it stays a bit quieter. We try to keep things honest and tell people the truth about the places they are looking at. No hidden details or weird terms. It’s just a regular business run by regular people who know the road well. That's the way it is.
