Our shop is located in the Navjeevan Building in Malad West. We are at Shop No 10, right on the 1st Main Road. The best way to find us is to look for the Oriental Bank of Commerce because we are directly opposite them. Being on the 1st Main Road means we are right in the heart of the action in Malad. There is always something happening outside, whether it is a street vendor set up nearby or just the usual rush of people going to the bank. The shop is a basic rectangular space. We have some old filing cabinets and a desk that is a bit wobbly if you lean on it too hard. We have been working as property consultants from this location for many years. It is a no-frills kind of place. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine, just a small electric kettle for making tea. The walls could probably use some new paint, but we are too busy with our work to worry about that right now. We know the Malad streets very well and we spend a lot of time talking to people about where they want to live. It is a very local business and we treat everyone who comes in like a neighbor. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when more than two people visit at once, but we always manage to find enough room for everyone.
