We are located on the first floor at Shop No 8 in the Jugal Ki building in Malad West. We’re right across from the Shankar Temple, which is a very busy and well-known spot. Shree Shyam Estate Agency is a small local business that focuses on the Malad area. We spend most of our time dealing with residential and commercial properties nearby. Being on the first floor means we see a lot of what’s happening on the street below. Malad West is always full of energy, and there’s always something new being built or renovated. We aren't a corporate office with lots of staff. It’s just a few of us who know the local property market well. We handle a lot of the small details that people often overlook when they are looking for a new place. It’s not always glamorous work. There’s a lot of heat and dust when we’re out showing properties. We try to be honest with people about what they can afford and what’s actually on the market. We’ve been here long enough that people know where to find us. Usually, someone is in the office from morning until late evening. We don't have a bunch of fancy corporate slogans; we just try to get the keys into the right hands and make sure the documents are in order. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. Even on slow days, we find ways to keep busy with our listings and talk to folks.
