Shree Ganesh Estate Consultancy is set up at number 5 in Variyavi Bazaar, Malad West. We are in the Marjan Shami area, right across from Inorbit Mall. It’s a very popular part of Malad, especially with the mall being so close. We get a lot of people stopping by after they’ve been out shopping. The bazaar area is always lively and a bit chaotic, which we don’t mind. Our work involves a lot of consulting on property deals around Malad. We’ve been at this location for some time. The office is just a regular room with some desks and chairs for visitors. We don’t go for anything fancy. Most of our day is spent talking to clients or checking out new listings nearby. Since we are opposite Inorbit Mall, it’s easy to give people directions. We know the streets of Malad West pretty well. It’s a lot of legwork, meeting landlords and showing apartments to potential tenants. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is terrible, but that’s just life here. We handle the paperwork and try to make sense of the local market prices. It’s a practical business run by people who live nearby. We’ve seen the area change as the mall brought in more people, and we just keep doing our thing at Variyavi Bazaar. It’s a lot of talking and walking, but we enjoy being right in the middle of everything in Malad. It's just a local office.
