Shiv Bhakti Properties is situated in Malad West, right in the Shiv Bhakti Apartment at number 4. We are located directly opposite the Green Hotel, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. The area here in Versova is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. Our office is quite humble. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. We just have what we need to get the job done every day. Most of our clients are people from around Malad or folks who have heard about us from their friends. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy websites. We just stay here at our desk and wait for the phone to ring or for someone to walk through the door. Being across from the Green Hotel means there’s always some activity nearby. We’ve been here at Shiv Bhakti Apartment for quite a while now, and we’ve become a bit of a fixture in the neighborhood. We don’t use any corporate language or try to act like we are some big international firm. We are just local people who know the local property scene. We keep things real and we don’t overpromise. It’s a practical approach to business, and it’s served us well over the years. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. It’s simple work but we take it seriously.
