We've been at Sheth Estate Consultancy in Malad West for quite a while now. Our office is right there in A/101 Blessing, tucked away on 3rd Domnik Lane. If you know the area, we're pretty close to Model Bank on Bajirao Road. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. Most days involve just sitting down with neighbors or folks looking to move into the neighborhood. We handle the usual paperwork and property questions that come up. It isn't anything fancy, just a small space where we try to keep things organized. Sometimes the lane gets a bit crowded with traffic, but that’s just Malad for you. We often hear the noise from the street while we are working on files. People walk in asking about flats or shops nearby, and we tell them what we know. We aren't big on flashy signs or big talk. It is mostly just us at the desk, looking through listings and making sure the documents are right. We've seen the area change a lot over the years. New buildings go up, old ones get renovated, and we're right in the middle of it on Domnik Lane. It’s a lot of talking to people and understanding what they need for their families. We keep the kettle going for tea when someone stops by to chat about a lease or a sale. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day. There is always some paperwork to file or a phone call to return. Nothing too complicated, just helping out with local property matters here in our little corner of Malad.
