A good way to find us is to go to Woc Road and look behind the old police station. It’s a quiet enough corner compared to the main roads. We’ve been operating out of this apartment for a while. Being an estate agent in Malad West keeps us pretty busy. There are always people looking for a new room or a small shop space. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s just a regular room in Sadhna Apartment where we keep our files and meet folks. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind. We know the layout of the 1st Stage and the 6th Phase really well because we walk those streets every day. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or heard about us from a friend. We don't do big advertisements or anything like that. We just talk to people and try to find a match for what they need. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing down notes on scraps of paper.
