Shankar City Property

We are located at Shop No 7 on SV Road in Malad West. It is right in Sunder Nag, and most people find us by looking for the Moon Bar across the street. Being on SV Road means it is never quiet. There is a constant stream of cars, rickshaws, and people walking by our front door. Shankar City Property is a local operation. We deal with real estate in this part of Malad and sometimes over toward Danilimda. The shop is small, but we have everything we need inside. We spend a lot of time talking to landlords and people looking for rentals. It is a lot of back and forth. Malad West has changed a lot, with new shops opening up all the time. We just try to keep up with the pace. On rainy days, the water pools up a bit on the road outside, which can be a pain for people trying to visit. But usually, it is just the typical heat and noise of the city. We do not use any fancy systems. We just write things down and remember the faces of the people we talk to. It is more personal that way. If someone stops by, we usually have time for a quick chat about the market. We are just regular people working a regular job in a very busy part of town. The office has a ceiling fan that makes a lot of noise, but we hardly notice it anymore. We just stay focused on the work at hand.
