Sayoni Estate Agent

Our office, Sayoni Estate Agent, is located at E/1, Room No 11 in the Ashmita Jyoti building. We are in Malad West, near Athwa Gates and right across from the Samshan Bhoomi. It’s a bit of a unique landmark for people to find us by. The room is small and we’ve packed it with everything we need to run the business. It’s not a fancy corporate office with a receptionist and a coffee machine. Usually, it’s just one of us sitting there waiting for the phone to ring or for someone to knock on the door. Malad West is a big place, but we focus mostly on what’s happening right around our area. We’ve spent years getting to know the buildings and the landlords nearby. Dealing with property can be a headache with all the rules and the back-and-forth, but we just take it as it comes. We aren't into big sales pitches or trying to look bigger than we are. Sayoni Estate Agent is just a small local shop. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour in the afternoon, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a slow and steady kind of life here. We just try to get the jobs done and help the people who walk through our door at Ashmita Jyoti. The fan makes a clicking noise that we don't even hear anymore. It’s just part of being here. We do our work and go home.
