Our office is up on the second floor, room 201, in the Leher-1 building. It’s on Madh Marve Road in Malad West. If you’ve ever driven down towards the beach area, you’ve probably passed by us. Malad is always crowded, so getting to the office can be a bit of a headache in the mornings. We do property consulting, which mostly means we spend our time on the phone or driving around to different sites. It’s a lot of running back and forth. The office is pretty quiet compared to the street outside. We’ve got some chairs, some old files, and a lot of maps of the Malad area. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing. It's just a few of us trying to keep track of the local market. Some days we have people coming in non-stop, and other days we’re just catching up on paperwork. Madh Marve Road is a long stretch, and we try to stay on top of what’s happening in the new developments around here. It isn't always easy to find the right place for someone, but we stay at it. We’ve been in Leher-1 for a while, so the security guards and the local shopkeepers all know us. We just handle the property stuff as it comes in and try to stay organized in the middle of the Malad chaos. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do, and we’ve gotten pretty used to the pace of this neighborhood.
