You can find us at Building S-4 in Sunder Nagar, right off S V Road in Malad West. It’s a busy area and we’ve been part of it for quite a while now. Our office isn't very large, but we managed to fit everything we need inside. We spend our days talking to people who want to buy or sell their homes in this part of Malad. It is a lot of back and forth, checking documents and making sure everything is legal. We aren't a big company with a marketing department. We are just local people who know the streets around S V Road like the back of our hand. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with folders and tea cups, but we know where everything is. People drop in without an appointment all the time, which is fine with us. We like the personal touch of sitting down and hearing what someone actually needs instead of just sending emails. The real estate market here can be a bit of a headache, so we try to make it a bit simpler for folks. We don't promise things we can't do. We just look at what's on the market and see if it fits.
