Sab Estate Consultant is a small shop located in the Sai Shraddha Building in Malad West. We are near RSC Road No 2, which is a busy little corner of the neighborhood. If you are looking for a place to stay or a shop to rent in Malad, we are usually the people who know what's coming up for rent before the signs even go up. Our shop is humble; it’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of registers filled with notes about local properties. We don’t go for the corporate look because that’s not who we are. We are locals who know the alleys and the main roads around here. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or walking over to show a flat to someone. Malad is a crowded place, and finding a good home can be stressful for people, so we try to make it a bit easier. We don't promise anything we can't deliver. If a place has a leakage problem or the landlord is difficult, we usually mention it. We think it's better to be honest than to just make a quick commission.
