We run Royal Estate Consultant from our office at 3/469 in Malad West. We are situated very close to the Mangal Murti Hospital, so the area is always quite lively with people coming and going. Real estate in Malad is always a bit fast-paced, but we try to keep our part of it as calm and straightforward as we can. We’ve been helping people find apartments and shops in this part of town for quite a while now. It’s not always easy because space is tight and everyone is looking for a bargain, but we do our best to find something that fits. We don't use any of those polished sales tactics you might see in the big city offices. Instead, we just show the properties as they are, quirks and all. People seem to appreciate knowing the truth about a place before they put any money down or sign anything. My desk is usually covered in papers and maps of the local blocks, but I know where everything is. We aren't a huge team, but we know Malad West like the back of our hands. We just take things as they come and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door looking for a new spot.
