Richland Estate Agents operates out of Malad West, specifically in Sector 33 D. The office address is E/1, which is a pretty easy spot to find if you are familiar with this side of Malad. It is a typical suburban office where there is always a pot of tea going and the phone is usually ringing with someone asking about rent prices. We are a small group of people who have lived and worked in Malad for years. We do not really use any high-tech marketing stuff; we mostly just rely on our local contacts and the listings we keep in our files. Sector 33 is a decent place, and we spend our days walking around the different blocks showing flats to young couples or families looking to move. Sometimes people are very picky, and we have to show them ten different places before they even consider one. It can be tiring, but it is just part of the job. We try to be practical about things. If a place is too expensive for what it is, we will say so. There is no point in trying to talk someone into a place that doesn't fit their budget. Most of our clients are just regular people from the neighborhood, and we like keeping it that way. It is a straightforward business, and we try to keep our work that way too.
