Realspace Property Consultant

Our office is No 16 on the ground floor. We’re in Li Malad West, specifically behind Greens Restaurant. Realspace Property Consultant isn't hard to find if you know where the restaurant is. You can usually smell the food cooking from our doorway, which is either a good thing or a bad thing depending on how hungry you are at the time. Being on the ground floor is convenient because we don’t have to deal with stairs or elevators. It’s a small space, just enough for a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. We’ve been here in Li Malad West for a long time. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files stacked up on the floor, but we know where everything is. We don’t have any fancy decorations, just some old calendars and a map of the area pinned to the wall with tape. It’s a very local operation. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often chat with them during our breaks. The building isn't the newest, and sometimes the plumbing acts up, but it’s our space. We like the fact that people can just wander in off the street without an appointment. We don’t put on any acts here. If you come in, you get us as we are, probably tired and surrounded by heaps of paperwork. It’s just the reality of running a small consultancy in a busy place like Malad.
