You can find us over at 158 in the Malad Shopping Center, right on the 18th Main Road in Malad West. It’s a lively spot to be in, especially on the weekends when everyone is out doing their shopping. Our office is right there in the mix of things. We’ve been working out of this center for quite some time, so we’ve seen the whole area grow up around us. It’s a simple office where we keep track of houses and shops available for rent or sale. People usually stop by after they’ve finished their errands. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the Malad West streets really well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking to show people different flats. The 18th Main Road is always buzzing, and we’re right in the heart of that. We don't use any complicated systems or fancy talk. If a flat is small, we tell you it’s small. If the rent is high for the area, we’ll mention that too. It’s more about just being honest with people who are looking for a place to live or start a business. Most of our day is spent balancing the books and talking to owners. We like being part of the local community here in Malad and seeing familiar faces every day.
