It is an easy landmark for people to find because almost everyone knows where that hotel is. Our office is a very simple place where we keep our property files and meet with folks who are interested in Malad real estate. We have seen this entire neighborhood change from a quiet little suburb into a very busy and crowded hub. We spend most of our time talking to various landlords and looking for decent places for people to move into. It is not always easy because the market around here is very tight these days. We do not have a flashy website or a big team of marketing people. It is just us answering the phones and showing flats to whoever calls. Sometimes we even have to climb five flights of stairs because the lift in a building is out of order, but that is just a normal part of the job.
