Our shop is number 17 in the Sonal Link Residen. We are right at the Malad West junction where Link Road and Marve Road meet. It is a very busy spot with a lot of cars and people passing by at all hours. Being at such a big intersection means there is never a dull moment. The shop itself is small but we fit everything we need inside. We’ve got some files, a couple of computers, and enough chairs for whoever drops in. Most of the time we are just chatting with people who live in the apartments nearby or those looking to move into Malad. It’s a fast-paced area, but inside the shop, we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. We know the buildings around here very well because we spend so much time walking the blocks. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It is just us doing the work every day. Sometimes we grab a tea from the stall nearby and sit out front for a bit. People know us by sight now. We just handle the property stuff as it comes. It's a local business through and through. We like the energy of the junction and being part of the neighborhood. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a good one and we stay busy with the work we have. The traffic is loud, but it’s just part of the day.
