We run Nidhi Estate Consultancy out of Shop No 2 on Nivetia Road. If you are in Malad West, we are pretty easy to spot since we are right opposite the Laxmi Bar & Restaurant. It’s a lively neighborhood with plenty of foot traffic. Our shop is small, but it’s enough for what we need. We spend our time consulting on estates, which means we help people figure out what to do with their property. Whether they are looking to rent, sell, or just need some advice on the local market, they stop by. Being near a well-known place like Laxmi Bar means people often use it as a landmark to find us. We don't have a big corporate office with a lobby. It’s just a shop front where we keep our desks and a few chairs for visitors. We’ve been in Malad West for a long time, so we know most of the building owners and the history of the streets around Nivetia Road. It gets noisy outside sometimes, but we don't mind. We just get on with our work. We aren't trying to sell anyone on a dream. We just look at the numbers and the locations and tell it like it is. Most of our clients come to us because they heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. We like keeping it local and simple.
