We are up on the 7th floor in Flat No 701 of the Swing Building. It’s a bit different than having a shop on the street, but we like it this way. Malad West is a crowded area, so being higher up gives us a little bit of peace. If you look out the window, you can see the Laxmi Narayan Mandir right across the street. The bells from the temple are quite loud during the morning and evening prayers, which is actually quite nice to hear while we are working. Nav Laxmi Real Estate Agency is mostly just a place where we keep our records and meet people who are serious about finding a place. It feels more like a home than an office because it is a flat. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and a living room that we use for meetings. Sometimes the lift in Swing Building takes a minute to arrive, especially when everyone is coming home from work. People usually call us before they come up. It's a straightforward setup. We don't have neon signs or big displays. Malad is a place we know inside out, and being near the temple makes it easy for people to find us. It’s just us doing our thing in a quiet corner of a busy building, helping folks navigate the local market without any corporate jargon or fluff.
