N P Estate

You can find N P Estate right in the Shiv Ganga Society, specifically at A/003. We're in Malad West, not too far from Hotel Green. It’s a ground floor spot which makes it easy for people to just pop in when they’re passing through the society gates. The office isn't very big, but it fits what we need. We handle a lot of the local property stuff around here. It’s mostly just us sitting at the desks, looking over listings or talking to owners who want to move. Malad is always busy, so there’s always something happening outside our window. The society is nice, though parking can be a real headache sometimes if you're visiting during peak hours. We keep a pot of tea going most afternoons. It’s a simple life. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just trying to do our job in our own neighborhood. We’ve lived and worked around here for years, so we know the shortcuts and which buildings have the best views or the best water supply. Our furniture is a bit older, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. People stop by to chat even when they don't need anything, which is fine. It’s just how things are at Shiv Ganga. We like the pace of life here. It's a small team but we know the streets.
