You can find our office at Shop No. 5, in Building No. 1 A, right on MG Road in Malad West. We are pretty close to Ryan International School, so it is a busy area, especially when school starts or lets out. Malad is a big place, but we mostly focus on the properties around this side of the MG Road. The shop is small and usually has a few files stacked up on the desk from all the different rentals we are managing. We spend a lot of our day answering the phone and taking people to see flats in the nearby buildings. It is a fast-paced environment and things change quickly, with places being taken off the market before you know it. We try to stay on top of it as best as we can. We aren't looking to be the biggest agency around, just to be the one that knows the local streets well. Most of the people who come to us are families looking to stay in Malad or teachers working at the school nearby. We keep the conversation easy and don't use a lot of fancy talk. If a place has issues, we mention them. It is better to be honest about what a flat looks like than to waste everyone's time. We just enjoy being part of the neighborhood and helping people settle in.
