M Square Properties

M Square Properties has a little spot at Shop No 5 on the ground floor. It’s in the Sunit building over in Malad West. If you know where the Hutch Gallery is, we are right near there, which makes it easier for people to find us. Being on the 5th Main and 6th Cross means there is always traffic and people walking by. It can get a bit noisy, but we like being right on the ground floor so people can just walk in without dealing with stairs. We have been in this little shop for a bit now. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for a few desks and some chairs for when people stop by to chat about houses or plots. Malad West is a busy area to work in, and this corner gets a lot of action every day. Sometimes we are out showing properties, so the shop might be locked for an hour, but usually, someone is hanging around. We don't have any fancy signs or big flashing lights, just the name on the door. It’s a practical setup for us. We know the neighborhood well because we see it every day from the front window. The walk from the main road isn't too bad at all. If you are looking for us, just find the Hutch Gallery and keep walking towards Sunit. We are right there at Shop 5. It’s a simple office and it works for what we need.
