Laxmi Estate

Our shop is number 8 inside the Vibhako Shopping Centre. If you know where Darshan Colour Lab is in Malad West, then you’ve probably walked right past Laxmi Estate. We have been here for a long time now. The shopping center is a busy place with all kinds of people coming and going. We handle property matters for people in the Malad area. It’s a small office, mostly filled with desks and some old chairs for visitors. We don’t go in for fancy decorations because we are usually too busy with the day-to-day tasks. Most of our work involves talking to landlords and tenants or looking at local flats. Malad West is a big place, but we try to keep our focus on the immediate surroundings. It can get a bit cramped in the shopping center during the festive seasons, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do our job and go home at the end of the shift. People know us because we’ve been in the same shop for so long. We see the same faces every day. If someone needs to find a place or ask about prices, they just drop by. We don't use a lot of complicated words, just plain talk about what's available and what's not.
