Kuvaria Estate Consultancy

We are located over in Malad West at the Surat Vaibhav Building. It's right near the Sai Garden Hotel, which is a good landmark if you're trying to find us. Kuvaria Estate Consultancy has been operating out of this spot for some time now. We are on the second floor near Svr College. The office is pretty simple, nothing too flashy. We spend our days talking to people about property and real estate in this part of town. It gets noisy outside with the traffic, but we like being in the middle of everything. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to talk to people one-on-one. We handle the paperwork and the questions people have when they want to move or find a new space. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s just the job. We know the Malad area really well. It’s a busy place and there’s always something happening with the buildings around here. We just try to be helpful and honest when someone walks through the door. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so we don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. Just us in the office near the college. If you need some advice on property, you can find us there. We keep regular hours mostly. We might be out on a site visit though, so it depends on the day.
