We've been running Kishore Property Real Estate out of our small office at Shop No 4 in Sirindha Apartment for a while now. Malad West is a busy area, and we're right in the middle of it. Most days you'll find someone sitting here ready to talk about flats or shops. It's just a regular local spot. People come in asking about rent or maybe selling a place their family has owned for years. We know the streets around here pretty well because we spend all day walking them. It isn't a fancy setup with big glass windows, just a desk and some chairs. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break for a few minutes. We handle the paperwork and talk to the owners. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but that's just how it is in this part of town. If you’re looking for a place or need to move out, we just help with the steps. There’s no big speech here. We just know who is moving and who has a vacancy. Dealing with property is mostly about knowing the neighbors and keeping track of the keys. We’ve seen the buildings change over the years. Some get painted, others get torn down. We stay here at Sirindha Apartment and keep doing the work. It's straightforward stuff. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. Just a local real estate shop.
