Kamdar Estate

Kamdar Estate is based in Malad West, specifically at Office No 1/52 in D S Nagar. We are right across from N L High School which makes it easy to give directions to people. It’s a busy area especially when school lets out and the kids are everywhere. Our office is near the Bar Association and the Civil Line area. We deal with all kinds of real estate matters around here. Some days are slow and others we have people coming in one after another. We have some desks set up and plenty of files on the local properties. We’ve seen how Malad has changed over the years with all the new buildings going up. It’s a lot to keep track of honestly. We just try to stay updated on what’s for sale or rent in the neighborhood. We don't use any high-tech systems, just our notebooks and some basic folders. It works for us. If you're walking past the school you've probably seen our sign. We're usually in from the morning until the evening. We handle the paperwork and talk to owners and tenants. It’s a local business and we know the streets around here pretty well. We don’t have a big corporate feel at all. We just sit down with whoever walks in and see what they need. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right place for someone, but we don't mind the extra effort. We just keep doing our thing.
