We are situated at number 27 on the Maslad Link Road in Malad West. Our office is in Bhoomi Classic, which is right opposite the Innorvate Mall. It’s a very busy part of the city, and the road is always buzzing with people and cars. Being across from the mall makes it easy to give directions to anyone coming to see us. We focus on real estate around Malad, helping people find apartments or commercial spaces. The office is a regular place where we keep all our files and meet with clients. We aren't the type to wear suits or use big words. We just talk normally about what a place is worth and what the neighborhood is like. Malad West has so much variety when it comes to property, from old buildings to new high-rises. We try to keep a handle on all of it so we can answer questions properly. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we are used to the noise by now. Many of our clients are just local families or small business owners looking for a new start. We spend a lot of time out of the office showing properties, so it’s always better to call before dropping by. We just take things one day at a time here. It is a straightforward way to earn a living and we have made a lot of friends in the building.
