We've been over here at Marve Queen Building for quite some time now. Our small office is tucked away at B/6. It's easy to find if you know where Daulat School is in Malad West, we are just a short walk from there. Working in real estate in this part of town keeps us busy because things are always moving. People come in asking about flats or shops nearby. It's mostly just us handling the paperwork and showing people around the neighborhood. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with all the files, but we manage. We know the streets around here pretty well since we spend most of our day walking to different properties. If you live in Malad, you've probably seen us around. We don't have a big fancy team or anything like that. It's just a local spot where people drop by to chat about property prices or find a place to rent. The traffic near the school can be a bit much in the mornings, but it’s a good spot to be. We handle the usual stuff like rentals and sales without making a big fuss about it. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out meeting owners. It's practical work and we just get on with it. The Marve Queen building is a familiar landmark for folks around here. We usually open up early before the school rush starts to get a head start on the day’s paperwork and avoid the noise.
