Jai Shree Mateshwari Properties

Jai Shree Mateshwari Properties is located at 603 Malad West, inside the Green Park Society at Girnar Apartments. We are right near the Sapna Hotel, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. This is not a storefront on the main road, it is more of an office within the residential area. We spend our days here in Malad West, looking at different apartments and talking to the local society members. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main road, which is nice. We do not have a big team or any fancy slogans. We just know these buildings and the people who live in them. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around Green Park or the neighboring apartments. We handle the paperwork and the talking so that people do not have to deal with it all themselves. It is a lot of back and forth, but that is just how property goes. We like to keep things relaxed here. If you come in, we will just sit and talk about what is available without any big pressure. Malad is a huge area, but we really know this little pocket around Sapna Hotel. We just show up every morning, check our messages, and see who needs help with their housing situation.
