We've been at Shop No 6 in the Suruchi Chs building for a while now. If you know Malad West, you know it gets pretty busy around here, especially being so close to Mittal Collage. Most days, we are just sitting in the shop, waiting for someone to drop by and ask about a rental or maybe a shop for sale in the neighborhood. It’s not a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a couple of desks and some chairs where we can sit and talk about what’s available on this side of the tracks. Malad has changed a lot over the years, with new buildings coming up where old ones used to be. We try to keep up with who is moving out and who is moving in. Sometimes students from the collage stop by just to ask directions, and that’s fine too. We know the local lanes around Bhandar pretty well because we spend all day here. If you are walking past Suruchi, you can usually see us inside. It’s a simple life, mostly just paperwork and phone calls. We don’t have any big speeches to give. We just know the local landlords and which buildings are decent to live in. People around here know us by name, and we like it that way. No need for anything complicated when you are just trying to find a place to stay in Malad. We're just here to help with the basics and get the keys in your hand.
