Gurukripa Estate Services

Gurukripa Estate Services is over in Malad West on Wadi Road. Specifically, we are at C/1 near the Kasturbh Usha building. Malad is a crowded place and Wadi Road is always full of people. Our office is a small corner spot that we have had for several years now. It gets quite hot in the afternoons but we have a small cooler that helps. I spend most of my time looking through property listings and talking to owners. Gurukripa Estate Services isn't a big company. We are just a local office that knows the Malad West area. My father used to work in estates and I just followed along. We don't have any polished brochures or fancy presentations. If someone wants to know about a property, we just write the details down on a piece of paper for them. Sometimes we get busy and the phone rings constantly, and other days we just watch the traffic on Wadi Road. The Kasturbh Usha building is a good landmark because everyone knows it. We stay here because we know the people and the streets around C/1. It is a basic way of living and working. We don't try to be anything more than a small neighborhood service. Most people find us because they live nearby or their friends told them about us.
