We are Goodwill Housing Estate Agent, and you can find us at Flat No B4/13 in Sunder Nagar. We’re in Malad West, right near Dalmia College. Since we are in a flat, it feels more like a home than a stiff office. This works out well because we spend all day talking about homes anyway. People usually call us when they’re looking to stay near the college or in the Sunder Nagar area. We know the local landlords and the folks who are looking to sell their old places. The office has a few desks and a lot of tea gets made throughout the day. We don’t have a big marketing team. Most people find us because they saw our name on a board or a friend told them to come by. Malad West is a big place, but we try to focus on our little corner of it. It’s easier to give good advice when you actually know the street and the buildings. We handle all the usual stuff like rental agreements and checking property papers. Sometimes it’s a bit of a headache with the bureaucracy, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just try to be helpful and stay organized.
