If you know where Darshan Studio is in Malad West, then you can find us pretty easily. We are right there on Bund Gardan Road. It’s a decent spot, though parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes during the lunch hour. We have been working as an estate agency for quite some time now. It’s mostly just showing flats and talking to landlords. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city, just a local one for the nearby area. The office is small but it fits what we need. We have some old maps on the wall and a few desks that have seen better days. Every morning we check what new places are up for rent. People come in looking for a place to stay or maybe a shop to start their own business. We tell them what we know. There isn't any secret to it. Just being around and knowing who is moving out and who is moving in. Malad has changed a lot since we started, with more traffic and bigger buildings everywhere. But the way we do things hasn't changed much. We talk to people, show the rooms, and handle the basic contracts. It's practical work. We usually close up around six or seven depending on if a client is running late. It is just a normal local business trying to get things right for the people who live and work nearby.
