We are tucked away in Tapkir Gall at Shop No 1 in Malad West. Our building is called Shiv Gauri, and it’s located right behind the Hotel Privilege Inn. If you don't know the area, Tapkir Gall can be a little bit tricky to find because it's one of those narrow lanes that the city is famous for. We focus on property consulting, which means we spend a lot of our time dealing with landlords, tenants, and buyers. The office isn't very big, and it's usually cluttered with folders and notes we've taken during the day. Malad West is a hectic place to work, but being behind the hotel gives us a tiny bit of a break from the main road noise. We've been operating out of this shop for several years now. We know the local market inside and out, mostly because we spend so much time talking to the shopkeepers and residents nearby. We don't have a fancy website or a huge staff. It’s just a few of us who know how the property game works around here. People stop in all the time just to ask what the current going rate is for a flat in the next block. We give them a straight answer and maybe a cup of tea if we aren't too swamped. Dealing with property can be a headache for most people, so we just try to make it a bit less stressful by being practical and honest.
