Bhatia Estate Agency has been operating out of Sunrise Apartment in Malad West for a good while now. We are located right opposite Yogesh Gas, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us when they are driving through the area. Malad West is such a packed place these days, always something happening on the streets. Our office at Number 1 is where we keep all our listings and meet with folks who are looking to move. We deal with all kinds of properties, from small rooms to larger family homes, mostly around this side of the city. It’s not always easy keeping track of everything, but we do our best to stay organized. We don't really go in for those big marketing campaigns or flashy ads you see everywhere else. Most of the people who come to see us are just neighbors or someone who heard about us from a friend. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at site visits, making sure the places are actually what they say they are. It’s a lot of running around, especially with the Mumbai traffic being what it is. Some days are long and we don't get much of a break, but that's just part of the job. We like being in this part of town and seeing how the area grows. It’s a simple setup we have here, nothing too fancy, just a place to talk business and help people get their housing sorted out.
