Bastvi Estate

We set up Bastvi Estate over here in Malad West, right on the Link Road. Our office is at number 17, which is pretty close to Park Restaurant in the Chincholi area. It’s a lively spot with a lot of people passing by on their way to work or lunch. I usually spend my mornings checking the new listings and making sure we have the right keys for the flats we're showing that day. The Link Road can get pretty jammed with traffic, but it’s a good place to be because everyone knows where it is. We aren't some big corporate chain with hundreds of employees. It's just a small team of us who know the Malad streets like the back of our hands. We talk to building managers and owners every day to see what's coming on the market. Sometimes we’re out all afternoon showing apartments to families. It can be tiring, but it’s nice when someone finally finds a place they like. The office is where we do all the boring stuff like filing and contracts. We keep a pot of coffee going and try to keep things organized, even when it gets hectic. People often drop in while they're out for a walk or after eating at the restaurant nearby. We’re just regular folks trying to make the real estate process a bit less of a headache for our neighbors. We like it here in Chincholi.
