Apeksha Properties

Apeksha Properties is tucked away at Shop No 837 in Block No 5, right on the Sinhgad Road near Donje Phata. We are directly opposite the Malwani Police Station, so there is always something going on outside our door. It’s a very loud and busy part of Malad West. We have a small shop that’s usually filled with the smell of city traffic and nearby food stalls. We’ve been doing this for a while, mostly helping local people find apartments or small shops to rent. We aren't some big corporate office with air conditioning that actually works all the time. Most days, we just have the door open and a small fan running while we talk to whoever walks in. We know the streets around Malad West like the back of our hands. We can tell you which buildings have issues with the elevators or where the water pressure is low. It’s the kind of practical stuff people actually need to know. We don't bother with fancy brochures or big promises. We just show you what’s available and tell you the price. Sometimes the deals are simple, and sometimes they take weeks of arguing over small details. We just stay at the shop until the work is done. It’s a basic life, but it keeps us busy and we get to meet all sorts of people from the neighborhood who are just looking for a home.
