Alleluia Estate Consultant is based right here at 100 Malad West. It’s a busy part of the city, and we are right in the middle of all that noise and energy. We’ve been doing this for a while, just helping people figure out where they want to live or set up shop. The office is a bit small, and there’s always a stack of documents on someone’s desk that needs sorting. It isn't a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. It’s just a ground-level kind of operation. Malad West has a lot of different pockets, and we try to keep an eye on all of them. Some days are just spent on the phone, tracking down owners or checking on listings. It gets tiring sometimes, especially with the commute and the heat, but it’s what we do. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us who know the area well enough to give a straight answer. People come in with all sorts of questions about houses and prices. We just tell them what we know based on what’s happening on the street. It’s a practical business. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. If you need something in Malad, we are usually around. It’s a lot of running around and making sure things get signed. That’s pretty much the whole story of our little office here. We just try to keep things moving along without too much trouble for anyone who walks through our door.
