We have been operating Abhishek Estate Agency for quite a while now. Our office is right there in the Sunbean Building, just next to Infant Jesus School in Malad West. It is a busy area and we are usually here most of the day. People drop in when they are looking to move or if they have a place they want to rent out. Dealing with property around Chincholi Bunder means we know the neighborhood pretty well. It is not a fancy setup, just a desk and some chairs where we talk through what people need. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that is just how it is in this business. We handle a lot of the local flats and shops nearby. If you are walking past the school, you will see our sign. It gets noisy with the school kids around, but we like being part of the local community here. We do not really do big advertisements. Most people just find us by walking in or through word of mouth from neighbors. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through the door. Finding a place to live in Mumbai is never easy, so we just try to help out where we can. It is a job like any other, and we have been doing it long enough to know the ins and outs of the local buildings and the traffic on the road.
